Returns Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as personal care items, opened mobile accessories, and used toys may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return

- Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos (if applicable)
- Our team will review and approve the return, then guide you through the next steps
Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping is free
- For other cases (e.g. customer change of mind), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer
